With over a decade of experience in fitness training, I've dedicated my career to helping people build practical, real-world strength. My focus is on functional training — mastering the movements essential for an active and healthy life — as well as sport-specific coaching for athletes, with a special emphasis on golf fitness.
My ultimate goal is to teach my clients not just how to exercise, but how to live a strong, healthy, and fruitful life. As a devoted husband and father to identical twin girls, I believe in building a life on a solid foundation. That principle is the heart of StrongHold Fitness.
